Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesIf you want affordable, quality, and long-lasting sustainable period products I suggest using June. This new cup is a lifesaver! It opens up immediately. I still need a small amount of lube, because I've never been able to produce enough of my own naturally, but that has nothing to do with the products. This is by far and away the best period cup I've ever used, it even beats out the super-expensive brands' hands down. I'll never use anything else. This is my go-to cup from now on. Why spend tons of money on a period product when you have June?! Try it, you'll wonder why you didn't sooner. I can't believe how long I used tampons. The pain that the tampons caused is no more. My cramps are even less intense. You deserve this girl.
United StatesI got a Honey Pot because I’m 32 years old and the perimeters were either you’re over 30 or you’ve had a child. Way too big. I saw and ad for this and was willing to try it. So glad I did!! I LOVE these cups. I have two cups from this company. If I need another, I’ll be getting it from this company. They’re comfortable and easy to use. 10/10 would recommend.
