Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

It took a couple tries to get used to using the cup, but once I had done it a few times it was pretty easy! I feel so much better using the cup, I dont have to worry about changing a tampon in the middle of the day or getting stuck without an extra since it lasts so long and it’s also super convenient environmentally too! I’ve already saved so much money that I would’ve spent on tampons and pads just to go to a landfill later.

United StatesThe best cup out there. And I’ve tried most of them. JUNE IS THE BEST OUT THERE!! It was my first experience to use June, because the price point is so great. I ended up going on a work trip and got my period, but left my cup at home! I ran to Walmart and grabbed one off the shelf. It was TERRIBLE and nothing like my June! I immediately ordered 3 more for myself and a couple for my family and friends. I will never use anything else.
