Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

I bought a June cup years ago, it was fine! It takes some getting used to take in and out. But I definitely understand the convenience of why it would work for everyone. It wasn’t for me. After so many tries I could not get it to sit comfortably and was very aware of it.

I’ve been a June customer since 2020 and will continue to be a loyal customer, I’ve never had any issues with my cup, and the super affordable price doesn’t hurt. ☺️

I like the menstrual cup because I can change it less often and I read about how tampons are putting chemicals in to make you bleed more. This is definitely more convenient except I have to fist myself to get it in/out. It’s easy to do when I’m at home as I just go in the shower to do it but it would be hard to do while out and about. If you’re comfortable putting a large amount of your hand into your vagina this is right for you

OK, y'all, if you've never used a menstrual cup, PLEASE give it a try. Yes, there's a learning curve, but once you figure out how to insert it properly it is a LIFE CHANGER. I went from hating getting my period and really resenting my body every month to feeling like it wasn't a big deal!!! The first cup I had was by a different, well-known brand, and it was a life changer but not the ideal cup for me (I have a short vaginal canal, and I used to have to cut the stem off my cup. My old cup was looking rather dingy and I saw an ad for the June cup and figured I'd give it a try since it was so affordable in comparison with my other cup ($32 retail!!!). The June cup was SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE! It doesn't pop open as easily because it's softer, but once I figured that out, I totally became a June cup lady. I just ordered a new purple one because my white one was looking a bit dingy... and I love it! It's soft, it's comfortable, it's effective, it reduces cramps, and it's pretty and purple! BUY THIS CUP! And if you have any friends/relatives who **********, buy one for them too! It has the potential to honestly change your life. You can go camping. You can go dancing. You can do crazy sports or hard physical labor and not have to worry about your ****** period.
