Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

The regular disk works for me but it was always tricky for me to get it right and took be a long time. But this mini disk is so much better for me I think that the regular disk is just a little bit too big for me. I actually started yesterday and had the mini disk in my purse so I just put it right in and then don't have to worry about anything until the end of the day! I love not having to worry about having enough tampons. (Since it is obviously smaller it won't hold as much as a regular disk so depending on your flow you might need to empty it sooner)

For me personally it is very inconsistent. It leaks often, I have no idea why. I use menstrual cups and wanteded the disks for more comfort but it tips forward too much and even with a LOT of messing and fidgeting with it I can't tell of it will leak or not. Some days it's great, like one day in a cycle. I'm frustrated with it, it's not just this disk it's multiple. I will keep trying it to see if I can get it to a science.

I’ve been using cups for years. I have a very low cervix so even with the smallest cup on the market, the bottom would still be pushed out a little. I usually barely felt it but it was noticeable sometimes. This mini disk has solved that problem!! It sits behind my pelvic bone and actually stays like it should. No more cup half hanging out!
