Refund policy

For The June Cup

• 50% refund for the cost of one cup or disc per customer OR
• We will issue you a 50% discount off the cost of one cup or disc if you'd like to try a new size (or different product!)
• Refunds and discounts are limited to one use per customer.

Note: We are not able to offer refunds on orders if Transit shipping insurance was not purchased and the order was lost in transit. We are also not able to offer refunds on orders where the address entered was invalid.
Note: Refund requests can only be made to original payment method and are limited to 180 days after purchase date.

For JUNE Period Underwear, Wash, Wipes & Sanitizer

To keep our menstrual cups accessibly & sustainably priced, we cannot currently offer refunds for period underwear, cup wash, cup wipes, or sanitizer. For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns on cups, period underwear, wash, wipes, discs or the sanitizer.
