Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Most comfortable disc
I’ve tried the flex soft discs and found they were easy to insert but uncomfortable due to being too large. I’ve gone through a couple periods using the June disc and they have been the most comfortable periods of my life. It was easy to learn insertion and removal comfortably and couldn’t even feel it unlike tampons. I’ve tried cups but was never able to insert, this was super easy and quick

I started with a cup, 3 different kinds and was so happy when I found a disc that wasn't going to break the bank but still be quality enough to last me years. My first disc was still in fairly good condition when I ourchased a Basic Disc Kit for the inevitable end of my original disc from June and for the sale they had for the kit. I love the sanitizing cup where I can privately boil sanitize my disc. However, I do not like the wipes or wash simply because they state on the package "for external use only" but yet I'm to use it on my disc and place that disc INSIDE my body? That doesn't make sense and I'll use them for cleaning my disc while traveling and am unable to sanitize it before storage. I love June for offering these vital necessities at such an AFORDABLE cost!!!!!

I ordered the small June cup based on not having children. I have used others that fit better. I now know to get a regular size June cup. The cup wash and the cleaning cup are A+!
