Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Small

United StatesMuch better than tampons
I’ve been using the june cup for 2 years and love it. I got the disc as I plan to get an IUD soon. I like it, it’s still much better than tampons or pads for me. So far I like the cup better in terms of insertion ease and leakage. I think maybe the disc isn’t as good for my anatomy based on my pelvis? But I would still recommend trying it out.

I still haven't figured out the disc yet which is strange because I've used soft and Flex discs before with out any problems. I feel more comfortable using the cup.

I was SO excited to use the June Disc after hearing such amazing reviews. But, as life has a sense of humor, I found out I was pregnant right after receiving the Basic Disc Kit. With a good laugh and not being able to use it, I've put it under the sink to store until I really will use it. What a funny thing to look forward to!

I’ve tried the flex soft discs and found they were easy to insert but uncomfortable due to being too large. I’ve gone through a couple periods using the June disc and they have been the most comfortable periods of my life. It was easy to learn insertion and removal comfortably and couldn’t even feel it unlike tampons. I’ve tried cups but was never able to insert, this was super easy and quick
