We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.
Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.

This cup sits absolutely perfectly for me. Got a small and large for heavy and light days, both work great. Not too soft, not too firm. They pop open really easily.
Over all once I got my own method of inserting the June cup, it is absolutely perfect.. my only complaint is the little stem is on the short side for me personally. But it’s a great purchase
It works great! It does take a lil getting used to. You can definitely feel when it's in place. My issue is that my uterus is tilted so the tip of the june cup sits slightly tilted. It can be distracting LoL
I personally had an amazing experience. I bought the regular and large. I like to use the smaller one the first day and then switch to the larger. I have an IUD, PCOS, and tend to be sensitive. I will not say I didn’t feel it but after a while forgot it was there. I stay at home so removal and reinsertion isn’t an issue. I couldn’t do it away from home without a lot a preplanning. Luckily I only have to change it about 3 times in a 24 hour period and I have an EXTREMELY heavy flow. Takes practice but worth the effort for me.
I’ve used both the June cup and the Diva cup and I’ve had so much more success with the June cup! It holds more liquid, it’s easier to put in, and It’s very easy to remove
