Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

I love this menstrual disc. I've tried a few cups and always had a lot of trouble with cramps. I don't have any trouble with the menstrual disc. Stays in better, more comfortable. I love that this one lasts for years. Highly recommend.

For years, I was a devoted cup user and had no problems, but after switching off of the pill, my periods became heavier and I began to notice leakage during heavier flows even when the cup was nearly empty and no amount of troubleshooting, not even switching cup Brands/sizes, seemed to fix the issue. Enter the disc: Holy cow, what a game-changer! Not only are my leak issues completely GONE, but insertion is easier and it can be emptied without actually taking it out. Removal can be a bit awkward, but overall it’s a HUGE upgrade from the cup for me. Never going back. Thank you, June!

I just finished my first period with the June disc and it was the best! I only had to think about my period twice a day and it only took me two days to really feel comfortable putting the cup and taking it out. If you are even considering switching, do it!! You won't regret it!!
