So easy to insert and remove. I love this cup and I will continue to use June in the future!!
I love that I do not have to change my tampon and that it's safer for me. However my last period I did leak which I think was due to not having it in correctly. I'm not sure. I'm still learning.
I like the June cup overall, and would recommend it to a friend. I purchased a start up kit that included basic essentials to go along with my cup. The cup itself is easy to insert and clean. The only con is you will still get some leakage. I've heard people tell me they can sleep in regular undies and operate as if they are not on their period, and that was not completely true. I recommend wearing a pad or period underwear on your heavy days because there will be some leakage. I titled this review as increase toleration because my mindset towards my period is healthier. In other words, I am able to maneuver throughout life without negative thoughts about menstruating. I do contribute that to the June cup. Although, I wear a pad for extra protection. I no longer purchase large amounts of pads that have me feeling as though I'm wearing a diaper. Thank you June!
I love this cup. I have a super heavy flow (meaning I bleed through a super plus tampon in 2 hours) and haven’t had any issues with my cup. I can remove it easily and don’t feel it when it is inserted.
It was nice not to wear a pad or use tampons. I did wear my period under wear since this was my first time trying the June cup. Not sure I got the positioning right but I will try again next month.
