Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Small

So comfortable! The outside fabric was a little strange and swimsuit like, but these period underwear were so lovely! They saved me from an embarrassing moment on day ONE of using them! No leaks and perfect as a backup with a cup or ****** for extra reassurance. Will definitely be my new go to during my period. Highly recommend!

I have used a diva cups for about two years now and I have never came across a diva cup that is not only affordable but softer in a touch and comfortable to wear. The diva cup I have been using for awhile had a bit of leaking problem- there weren’t holes or that it was broken I think it wasn’t inserted correctly when using. With JUNE cup, I never have a problem with leakage. It’s amazing! I have recommended JUNE to my friends!!
