Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

you can't feel it! that means you did it right but the quality is sooooo good. it's changed my life. i've always struggled with heavy annoying periods, wasting so many pads because tampons wouldn't work for me. this cup not only holds my blood, but also aids in my cramps! i haven't had any since i've used this. i'm not sure if it's always going to be that way but it's reliable so far. i'm never going back to pads.

I have had not one period cramp since using the June cup! This cup makes being on your period super convenient! Totally recommend! The starter cleaning kit includes a collapsable container to sanitize your cup in, the instructions say to use boing water, and I didn't know this when I bought it.
