Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

I’ve been having really good success with the cup. When I tried discs and they didn’t work for me I lost hope of this working too and didn’t try it until it went on sale and I said what the heck. I am not dissapointed at all and I forget I’m on my period. It sounds silly but sometimes I’m sad my period is ending because it is so satisfying to not have to change a pad and tampon constantly when I can leave this on throughout my work shift and not give it a second thought

I have spotting several days a month and this is wonderful. I don’t feel dry like I would with a tampon and don’t have to wear a pad which I hate. I love that the June cup is easy and cup is simple and convenient and good for the environment.
