Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

A good product that understands a woman’s body. Installation and removal is graphic, takes some getting used to. A small inconvenience for the trade off in comfort and dependability. All I can say is - where has this been all my life?! Bought all 3 sizes and found the medium is perfect for me, even though I have had two vaginal deliveries.

Originally i bought the small cup but it didn't fit, so i purchased the mini, and thats the size that fit me, easy to use, easy to clean really liked it, the only inconvenience was the extraction part,for me was so difficult and i discovered that i have a high cervix so it would be nice that they could hace an option for me, kind of sad but would recommend it anyways
