Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

So comfortable!
I love the larger size, but the round tip at the bottom is what sets it apart from other brands. It is supremely comfortable and I can forget I am using it.

It is a little tricky and messy to get used to but worth it. I love that I haven’t bought tampons since getting the cup and probably never will again (and this cup wasn’t much more expensive than a box of tampons! It’s saving me so much money). Also love how long you can use it for without worrying.

**Disclaimer: I will be posting parts of this review in my reviews for multiple June products** If you're on the fence about trying this, just do it! Yes, it may take a tiny bit of practice if you aren't used to using a menstrual cup, but June includes helpful written/picture instructions with your order, and they also have an online video. The price you pay for a June cup can't be beat, especially not for an item of this quality! If you're someone who gets a period, then getting a June cup (or multiple) is definitely worth it! Even their shipping is good, I received my order fairly quickly, and every individual June cup and June disc came in a pretty little satin pouch. I also would like to say that the June customer service is very helpful! I hadn't received one of the items I had ordered, and mistakenly got sent two items I didn't, and June was kind enough to let me keep the two items I got on accident and also sent me the item that was missing from my order, free of charge.
