We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.
Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.
I’ve had the wash for a few months now and I think it is a great wash! I will be purchasing it again!
When I saw an ad for the June Mini, I knew I had to have it! I’ve tried cups before, and they were always too big and uncomfortable in. The June Mini is a great size - easy for me to put in and without any discomfort. I can’t even tell it’s in there. It was seriously nice compared to using conventional products! I did have a little issue with spotting, but I think it’s because I’m so small that I had a hard time getting it to pop open right away. I could tell that eventually it would though. I think this would be perfect paired with period panties as a backup! Overall, I’m very satisfied, and happy to no longer have to rely on environmentally damaging feminine products! I even bought one for my sister!
I like how easy it is to use. I like not having to buy tampons anymore. The wash cleans nicely
I had a little trouble getting my June Cup in the first 2 days and sealed correctly. But once I got the hang of it, I'll never go back. I couldn't feel it and I didn't have to run to the bathroom every hour to change a tampon!
I love the material of the June Cup. It is extremely easy to fold and very comfortable to wear, just make sure you insert it correctly! They give very clear directions on how to insert the June Cup, which is extremely helpful. The packaging is also a bonus!
