We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.
Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.

I like the wash and the panties a TON. Safe and lets me feel more confident while on my period. Would recommend.
I enjoy it very much. works well, better than expected
It takes some getting used to, but I love using this so much more than uncomfortable cotton tampons. My only complaint is for the tail to be just a bit longer so the end ball is easier to grab. Other than that, it's not painful at all. Awesome.
Cups are LOW WASTE AND LOW MAINTENANCE and will last for 5 YEARS. I bought the regular and mini size in 2020 not knowing what size worked best. The doctor uses the small speculum on me at the doctor's so I figured the mini would be best, but the regular size worked perfectly. So glad they were only $6. I really like the June wash but I wish the packaging was more eco friendly. The wash will last about 2-3 months, so you end up buying many bottles throughout the year.
It was scary at first because I have an IUD so I have to make sure I released some air before I empty the cup but the convenience of not having to carry around a small baggy of tampon and liners! It really does feel freeing! Place June in and leave it in. Remove every 6hrs for heavy flow or 12 for regular to light flows. This truly is amazing!
