The June Cup has been working great so far! I still have a little leakage sometimes so I've been wearing a liner with it, but hopefully as I get more practice I'll stop the leaking. I know it's not a cup problem because I get it in right with no leaks about 50% of the time currently and the other 50% is user error.
A little hard to get used to but totally worth it
said, once getting the cup to sit right I love it!! I love that this is a more sustainable option for period care. I also love that you can have this cup in for up to 12 hours. For those of you that are considering trying a cup, I highly recommend!! Take your time and find the technique that works for you.
Clean & convenient!
Love the June cup! Fits great, I never feel it, less cramps and a lighter cycle since I started using it. Easy to clean, especially with the sanitizer cup and wipe bundle. Wipes are perfect for on the go. I store my cup in the sanitizer cup when not in use. Not to mention, I'm saving so much money not buying over-priced feminine products each month. Cha-ching!
I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about this. I usually have a medium/heavy flow, and I used to have to wear tampons with a pad underneath in case of the inevitable leakage. I would wake up in the middle of the night paranoid I was leaking into my sheets because pads never seem to stay in place. I saw the June cup advertise one day and decided to give it a try. It took some practice learning how to insert it correctly, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty simple. I have had NO leakage, and I love that I can feel comfortable and confident leaving it in for an extended time without worry. Goodbye uncomfortable pads! Not only does this make periods more comfortable, but it saves quite a bit of money on feminine products. I'm only sad I didn't get one sooner! I believe every woman with a period should give this a try. It really does make life that much simpler.
Why have I not tried this sooner!
So easy to use, clean and store. I cannot believe I waited this long to try it. My cup was very comfortable to eat and easy to remove.
