We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.
Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.
This cup is amazing! It is not too hard which was a bit of an issue with the first kind I tried. I did have a little trouble getting it to open, however, this was only my second cycle to use a cup. I never had any leaks, and it was comfortable. Removal was super easy. The sanitizer makes it so easy to sanitize, and it folds down for easy storage. I am so happy with the wipes because I would not be comfortable cleaning the cup in public. Overall I am super satisfied with this purchase, and I loved the price of it.
Really easy to use, softer than my previous cup and easier to remove.
I just received my order! I got 2 new cups along with the bundle. I'm excited to try them when the time comes!
