Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.
The June Cup
In Their Words
Check out what other menstruators have to say.
Ok- so about half of us struggle with “did I take my last tampon out? Is it still in there?” No with June! I love having the confidence knowing it’s there when I need it, and it’s gone when I don’t need it. It’s very tricky to get it to sit right. I’ve done a lot of trial and error, and gone through a panty liner on my trickier days. But now that I have the hang of it, I love it! Makes my period easy and simple. The feeling of a June disappears better than any tampon, and yet my mind is at more peace knowing that it’s easier for me to keep track of it. It came highly recommended from my Pelvic PT and I’m glad I switched!
Not sure if it’s a sizing issue but my cup does not stay out and basically falls out of my body. I ordered the firm cup to see if it makes a difference.
It was surprisingly easier to insert than i had thought. It is so nice to not have to worry about leaking! You won’t even notice it’s in.
This is the first day that I have worn the June cup. I thought it would be tough to use at first and took me a couple try’s to get it in but after I got it in I looove the way it feels! I don’t feel like I’m wearing anything and I tried to take it out and although you definitely need to be comfortable with your body to use one I think I found my period go to. I’m very happy with it! And for the price point and all I think it’s a great choice! I will be recommending to everyone I know.
Convenient and inexpensive.
