Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesI really like how flexible it is & the tiny sphere at the end makes extraction easier compared to the Diva Cup.
United StatesNow on cycle four with my June Cup and it is soo much better than tampons. I get 10-12hrs of wear and minimal leakage. My second cycle I even went hiking and overnight camping and it was so much better than stopping every 4 hrs to exchange. There is a learning curve to it but it’s so worth it don’t give up. Only minor disappointment is that the cup discolored to a shade of yellow.
United StatesI was very skeptical about using this.. but after using it once I absolutely Love it.. i have to order another one. I don’t know why I didn’t try the cup before.. I would definitely recommend this product to other people.
United StatesI love June because I can wear it all day at work without having to worry about leaks. It is so nice not have to take bathroom breaks to change a tampon. I also love that there is no odor like I used to have when I used tampons.
