Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

The smallest cup feels too big, and the Material is hard as well

I love the fact that I can wear it all day without leaking but it did take me awhile and some YouTube videos on how to figure out taking it out. The first time I had to get my husband to help! Giving it 4 stars because I wish the tab at the end was longer to make it easier to grab.

Just to be clear on my biases beforehand, I only paid like 15 dollars for this, have never used a menstrual cup before, and am primarily a ****** user. This product is really nice for long term wear and I usually wear it on days 2,3, and 4 of my period. It's generally too messy to use on day one, so if you have a super heavy flow for most of your period, i would recommend maybe a biodegradable ****** solution instead for sustainability. Overall, i like the product and it has cut down on my ****** usage, but in general isnt as convenient or comfortable as tampons. I can't feel it in me, but getting it out is certainly an ordeal. I do like that there's no string though. If it's uncomfortable inside you and the nub is sticking out pretty far, its probably because the cup isn't far enough in. I appreciate it as ****** substitute because period underwear is uncomfortable for me, but it hasn't completely replaced tampons for me.
