Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesI put off buying one for YEARS. I thought it would be uncomfortable and messy. It HONESTLY is more comfortable than a tampon, and less messy, I always found myself leaking T some stage sting my period with tampons and ALWAYS wore both a tampon and towel just in case. With the June cup Iv found it’s only filling up a fraction which leaves me feeling SO much more confident I won’t leak. Also I can’t fee the June cup AT all, tampons always seemed to wiggle their way out through the day. I wish I’d made the change years ago.
United StatesI really wish I would have found June cup sooner then last year! Its way easier on the wallet then the other name brand cups out there and works just as well, if not, better! I've not bought pads or tampons in years! You don't even need a panty liner with it either, though I do, just in case. I HIGHLY recommend it to all my girl friends!
United StatesI was extremely sceptical about trying a Menstrual cup, let alone a 6$ one! After having a baby a little over a year ago I have been reluctant to use tampons, but I live in a hot humid place and pads just don’t cut it. Day one was definitely a learning experience, now that I have it figured out, what a difference!! I will not be able to go back to pads or tampons!! Do yourself a favour and try this out, I wish I bought the two pack that’s how much I love it!!
