Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesHonestly I wasn’t expecting much considering the price point but at the same time I was like, what is there to lose? I hated this cup at first considering I started with a more stiff Saalt cup, but now that I’ve figured this one out I really like it. I’ve found that it pops open easier and doesn’t have too much suction. I recommend it! Would love to see more colors too!
United StatesI switched to menstrual cups several years ago and I'll never go back! That being said, I've found the June cup to be more difficult to get to suction than other kinds of cups. Given the price though, I think it's worth trying for everybody!

United StatesI couldn’t even feel it all day. It was no where near leaking or being full either. (I am petite and have very heavy periods). just make sure you insert it correctly and the rest should be easy. i also recommend getting the not clear version as the clear one does stain.
United StatesI finally caved and ordered the cup and some period underwear last month during my last cycle. I could not deal with tampons any longer. No matter the size, or brand, they always caused me pain. And don't even get me started on pads. The amount of waste that I was sending to the landfill every month was also a big problem for me. I've been wanting to try a cup for a few years now, and I honestly regret not making the switch sooner. The June cup is super easy to use and extremely comfortable. I haven't had any issues with leaks either. I would just recommend watching some videos before using one for the first time, so that you can ensure that you are using it properly. I have been recommending it to my friends every time that I get the chance. Shipping was also very fast. I received mine a week and a half after ordering.
