Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Good but not for me
I love the material, easy to clean, good price, and overall a good product. I’m two cycles in with using the June cup and I’m just not sure if y’all are a good fit. I’m pretty sure that your design is meant to auto dump, which for this mom of two, isn’t the best idea as June will slide out of place. That doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be a good fit for someone else!

The disc filled too fast and made a mess anytime I used the restroom even if it wasn't to empty it. Everyone's anatomy is different so I think this may have been an individual issue. I went back to trusting my June cup which works better for me.

The suction of a cup always freaked me out. That isn't a factor with the disc. It took me a few failures to figure out how deep the disc needed to go to actually work, but after that, I haven't had any issues! Love the form and function, and I do feel like I had less terrible cramps than when using a cup. Another cool benefit is that I dont feel like I have to pee all the time like I do with cups. Yay!
United StatesIt wasn’t staying in right and I got the smallest size….not sure if that’s just because of the way my body is or if it’s cause the product is defective. Plus it was messy to take out.
