Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

These wipes are marketed as an on the go alternative to cleaning your cup, but I tend to prefer using them to sanitize, after washing the cup out with hot water, when I’m at home and tired. Now I have used them when on the go and they are small so you’re going to need a couple packs, especially if you’re in a stall. Firstly, when you get the cup out, you’re going to need a wipe to clean your hands. Then after that you can use the same wipe to clean out some of the blood, however due to the consistency, you’re going to need another wipe to fully clean it out. Finally, after putting in the cup, again you’re going to need another wipe to clean your hands so to not dirty other surfaces and your clothes, while making your way to the sink. That’s 3 wipes for one change, which to me is inconvenient. I love them, I would buy them again, but I really don’t see them as practical for someone changing in a stall with no access to a sink or clean water. For a quick clean at home great, for a high stress stall change, not really. And to be honest there are other vagina safe wipes that come in a larger quantity, that could serve the same purpose. Love the cup, love the compact sanitizer, love the liquid cleaner, but these wipes are easily replaceable.

I’ve tried most major brands and think I like June the best! Not as overflexible as some, but it works well for me. Feel confident and easy to go in and out! Most women I speak to are afraid of the disc but if you explore your own body it tucks right under the ***** bone and helps if you use the thumb trick. Love the navy blue too!

I switched from tampons to the June cup in 2020, and I’ll never go back! I also go camping a lot, and was worried about cleaning my cup without running water, but these wipes have been life changing!!! Highly recommend to keep on hand if you’re going anyway other than home.
