We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.
Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.
The sanitizer is so convenient and easy to use and store. The June cup definitely has a learning curve but I had a leak free period for the first time in years once I got the hang of it. Way better than tampons!
This combo is a game changer when on the go and you can’t avoid having to take care of business.
I have used both small and large cups, and so far they are my preferred cups. Recently I got the bundle with the wipes, which worked even better than I expected when using a restroom where I couldn't easily get to a sink. The sanitizer is handy as it can be used quickly, just make sure not to over fill and burn your fingers with spilling water. I will probably invest in more wipes, as that made me feel more confident in dealing with heavier days at work.
This a review of the wipes and sanitizer. They are better than nothing on a quick break at school between classes.
I love love LOVE my new cup. I am never going back to tampons or pads. I love how flexible it is and how you can insert it and forget it about for 12 hours. It honestly doesn’t even feel like I’m on my period with it in. No more sneezing and feeling like a bloodbath is gushing out of you. Even more than that, I love how body and environmentally friendly it is. No more wasting money on hundreds of tampons/pads a year. This bad boy does this job all on its on and can last up to 3-5 years without needing to be replaced. What more could a woman ask for? I HIGHLY recommend all women make the switch.
