June user for years!

June cup has really help me cope with my menstruation. I used to get a lot of infections and discomfort with other period products like tampons and pads; been using the cup for over 6 years now (switched to June a few years ago) and to be honest, I don’t dread my period as much as I used to, from not having any infections at all, to less cramps and more comfort. You don’t need to pay $35-40 in stores, switch to June ya’ll!!!!!

Maybe it’s not for me

I wanted the June cup to work for me so badly. I love the price point, sustainability, less chance of TSS, and the company itself, but man I struggled with the cup. I got the small and attempted it multiple times just to make sure it wasn’t user error or judgement off of one experience, but the tip is so hard for me to get a hold of because it’s just short enough that I can’t get a good hold on it. I spent 30 minutes trying to take the cup out because the suction around the base was too strong to even pull it down far enough to remove it. Maybe the cup just doesn’t work with my anatomy. I’m glad everyone else has had such a wonderful experience, going to try the disc and see if it’s better.

Check your flow before purchase!

I previously had a mini but found it too small so I decided to get both a small & a large. My first impression was that the small would be way too big, I quickly found that this was not the case after my first use. With me now having the proper size, I can confidently state that menstrual cups are a significantly better & more sustainable alternative to any other period product. I no longer need to empty them every 2 hours or wear a pad with them. Please make sure your flow isn’t too heavy for the size your getting to avoid purchasing multiple of the same product.

This was my second purchase of a June cup. So much better and cheaper than pads. I recommend them to everyone with a period
