Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.

Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.

Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

I was nervous but it worked great !

I ordered my June cup and my period came and went . I kept looking at it and I just was not sure . Finally this time I gave it a try, mostly it works amazing. Sometimes it takes a little time to get it perfectly comfortable, but when it is it works great , no complaints!

It's not you, it's the other cup!

So much better than my other more expensive cup which leaks! I thought it was me. I'm glad I decided to give this one a try. So much better!

So I had bought a menstrual cup of another brand 1st. I got a larger because I have had two children. It hurt so BAD! I was cramping and hurting so bad. Then I saw JUNE on my timeline. The price was great so I had to try. I am so happy that I did. It shipped super fast. It was easy to insert and it doesn't even feel like I have anything in there. It is also kinda neat that it has measurement lines of 10 mg and 20mg. I got a small this time around and it is perfect. JUNE is not as stiff as the other brand I used and it is also more than $20 cheaper.
