Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesThis product has made periods more pleasant--it's more comfortable than others that I have used and makes me feel more hygienic. I would wear a panty liner when you are first using it just to protect from leaks, but overall, I like it!

United StatesI just wanted to say that I love how they lowered the price because of COVID. I’ve always wanted to try out a cup but never wanted to spend so much without knowing if I liked it or not. This was money well spent for me. Overall, it made my period much easier and at times, I forgot that I was even on my period! When I first tried it, it was a little uncomfortable because of the stem. I didn’t want to trim it because I wasn’t sure if I could. When I flipped the cup inside out, it was PERFECT! I didn’t feel it at all. I even found it easier to pop open with the cup inside out. The only times I leaked were when I put it in wrong. Another thing to point out is that I didn’t get any cramping when I was using it. I normally get cramps on the first or second day of my period, but when I used the JUNE cup, no cramps what so ever. Overall, I’m so thankful for JUNE because they have made such a wonderful period product that I will always use from now on!
United StatesThis is my first menstrual cup and this was amazing. it’s a learning curve with inserting the cup but after that it’s a breeze. This was the best period i’ve ever had (that feels like an oxymoron ).
