Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.

Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.

Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Best thing ever

I love my June menstrual cup. I’ve been trying to be more conscious of my use of single use items these days. Not having to use tampons has been great so far. It was a slight learning curve the first day but I was quickly able to figure things out. It’s comfortable and amazing. I wore it to a party and I didn’t have to worry about having to change my tampon during or worry about leaking in my costume. I have suggested June to every woman I know!

I'm in love!!

I was very skeptical but one of my friends kept telling me how she loves hers! so I thought I'd give it a try & omg I wish I tried earlier! no mess, no fuss, no hiding tampons to switch out! I'm gonna save so much money on these! I bought a second one for my light days too!
