Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Small

I bought my original June cup years ago to try a menstrual cup for the first time and never looked back. I recently got the purple to replace my original ones and love it! I like that it doesn’t show staining as bad as the clear. I have a lighter flow so the smaller size is perfect for me. I’ve never had a leakage issue, and because of my experiences have convinced multiple friends to give a cup a go. Will forever recommend!!
United StatesThe cup is purple (nice). The cup is stain resistant (nice). The cup refuses to stay seated where it needs to and ends up leaking even when mostly empty (not nice). I'm sure it's perfect for someone else, but it's just not quite working for me. I keep it as a backup just in case though.
