Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Great value and quality! If you happen to have a very heavy flow and find that you’re prone to an overflowing cup, the large menstrual cup might be what you need. I currently attend classes and I have had no leaks throughout any lectures. I also love the price and bought this pack on sale (20% off). Compared to common drugstore brands, like honeypot, this actually saved me a lot of money. It’s affordable and the shipping fee wasn’t too bad.

I love that I don't have to buy pads/tampons every month. I love not sleeping on a pad that makes me itchy. I love not pulling out a tampon that feels like I'm pulling out a rolled up dirty sock. This cup is so easy to use- I just do the standard fold and then make sure it's opened all the way. I got a large as I have 3 children and it's exactly what i needed.
United StatesPersonally, I love the product, but I'd like my diva cup size 1 better just because of the fit if they had a skinnier rim I would always buy their items. I love the fact that they're cheaper for $14 you're getting two. Compared to the diva cup that is $28 for just one, I would buy again if I could fit them properly. The silicone that they use is a little bit softer and it's gentle. I just wish that they had a skinnier rim that could hold 30 ml but that's just my personal preference. I still believe it's a five star if I had a normal size... It's really easy to use. When I couldn't fit the first one I just gave the other one to my friend. It fits her, it is very comfortable, and she loves it.
