Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesDont like the disc but love my orignal cup
I have used the original cup for years and LOVE IT, however I ordered the disc this time and I do not like it. I cannot get it to not leak. I feel like it is much bigger than my original cup and the way its shaped makes it very hard to get in in the correct position to where it wont leak.

This was the solution to my problem. I had purchased a cup from a different company and found that it wasn’t a good fit. I was either too active or have had too many kids (5!). But this has had not only a larger capacity (solving problem number 1) but it has far more comfortable (solving problem number 2). And has stayed in place, no issues removing either (solving problem number 3.) I highly recommend this disk!! Not to mention the sanitizing option which makes the process far less awkward than using the stove top. All of the wins!
