We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.
Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.
They were ok. I haven’t used it for full on period yet but they are SO TIGHT. I normally wear a large in undies and got the xl based on the reviews that they’re tight. They are. Not unbearably so but def squishes my hip fat in an unflattering way. These will be super convenient on chillin at home days though when flow isn’t super heavy. Overall I’m happy with them.
they’re comfortable and make my period so much easier.
I bought June cup in January 2021 for my February cycle. My intention was to make my cycle as environmentally conscious as possible. I will never go back to tampons. The second time I went to take out the cup, I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room. I took a deep breath, then pushed a little like I was having a baby and BAM. I grasped onto the silicone end and slowly ejected it. It was the scariest yet rewarding feeling I’ve experienced in a long time. Now, I use it with confidence. The blood stays on the inside of the cup, but if your flow is very heavy and you go hours without cleaning it, it will overflow and you will spot. Like I said I’ll never go back to tampons or pads.
I had an amazing experience with the panties I bought and the cup is just perfect
They worked well alongside the June cup, however the fit could use a little work. I could feel that I wasn't wearing regular underwear throughout the day. The fabric used for the crotch didn't lie flat on the rear making them feel a bit baggy in that area. Overall I'm happy with them but hope that later iterations off the product will have a better fit/feel.
