Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

Small

United StatesThe cup is purple (nice). The cup is stain resistant (nice). The cup refuses to stay seated where it needs to and ends up leaking even when mostly empty (not nice). I'm sure it's perfect for someone else, but it's just not quite working for me. I keep it as a backup just in case though.

When it’s in, i can’t feel a thing and it’s so easy to clean. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone that doesn’t like pads or tampons!

Honestly I cannot imagine going back to anything besides a june cup. I have probably gotten at least 8 of my friends to use them. They can be a bit difficult at first, but once you figure it out for your body, you will love it! The purple is perfect because it does not stain like the clear one did. 10/10 recommend
