Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesI really won't use tampons ever again. Once you get used to it, the cup is really easy to use and doesn't leak for me at all. The material is really flexible but strong, and you don't feel it during the day, and I ride horses for my job. It's also great for when you can't use the restroom for a full work shift. I would only really recommend getting liners just in case you can't make it to the bathroom in time. I have heard cups can decrease the duration of your period, and it did lessen mine by 2 days (I have used it for 3 periods now)! This is also one of the most affordable ones out there. If you have an average/medium period length and heaviness like me, the small works perfectly fine.
United StatesTried this cup for the first time (got a small) and at first It was a little tricky but in no time it became easy to position quickly. I feel safer knowing that the silicon is just full of dyes. Think I should get another one just in case. I would definitely recommend that every female give it a try.
United StatesFirst time it worked a charm, I couldn’t feel it, I didn’t leak and despite being slow to join, I wouldn’t use anything but my cup now (especially overnights). It’s really not that messy and it’s a saviour for the environment. I am blown away to get it so cheap too (and fast delivery), I hope we can get more younger women on them! Thanks team <3
