Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

United StatesThe cup is made of a sturdy rubber & springs into place easily, and has a small & comfortable knob handle for removal. I also think the bigger size I got is bigger than other ones created for women who’ve given birth, and that’s a plus since it fills more. I’ve tried a couple other types and personally I like the more firm material. I must admit though that with my second cycle using it I just started my period so I haven’t removed yet, and last cycle I remember one time it was quite painful. However, I don’t know if that’s due to cramping or if the cup caused or exacerbated cramps I sometimes get. So far, so good today though. I will continue to prefer this cup to a softer cup I’d previously been using.
United StatesReplaced my diva cup with a June Cup. The June is very comfortable! I had to trim my Diva’s stem and the June stem is so much better! The cup is easier to remove by far. I had to adjust my fold for the slightly different shape of the June cup. For being so much cheaper, the June cup exceeded my expectations. Plus, they use nonbianary people for their ads, this is what got me to look at them from the start!
