Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

I’ve had a June cup for over 4 years now. At first it was hard to get the hang of. But when I did it was AMAZING!! Let me tell you. I completely forget that I have it in. I just take it out and clean it night and morning. It’s like I’m not even on my period. Almost no leaking. Sometimes there is a little bit but that happens. I just wear a panty liner. For beginning sets I definitely recommend the xs small cup. Great product!

The material is soft and jelly like. It is very comfortable sometimes I forget I have it. It’s easy to break the seal and pull out. The edges are nice and rounded so it never hurts no matter what position it’s in. Also, the price is amazing. I wish I could share this with the whole world. I’m on my second and considering buying a lot more to keep in stash.
