Another great option for convenience and comfort

The cup has made my periods feel like a breeze rather than a nuisance. I can’t feel it, does not leak, means I can go a full day without period pit stops (planned or emergency) and I have had no cramping with my periods while wearing the cup. The disc I recently got is a bit more messy to remove and seems to inhibit urination flow but it’s otherwise as comfortable as the cup with the added bonus of freeing up more opportunity for intimacy with my husband. All-in-all, the duo cup/disc team are making this part of the month feel way more manageable and less bothersome.

Just the right size

After discovering the soft/flex disc disposable menstrual products, I had been looking for something similar that's reusable. The first reusable menstrual disc I found (Intimina) was too large, uncomfortable, and kept slipping out of place and leaking. I knew I needed something smaller, and I'm so happy to find the June disc in small. It fits just right, no leakage, and I don't feel it at all when it's in place. Getting ready to purchase another set with the sanitizer so I'm always prepared!

You can’t even feel the disk

Switching to the menstrual disc has been a game-changer for me! It's comfortable, eco-friendly, and saves money in the long run. No more worries about leaks or changing tampons frequently. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Took some trial and error

As a lover of the June cup, I decided to try out the disc since they are supposed to put less strain on the uterus. It took me some time to figure out how to place it properly but once I did it worked amazingly. My only issue is my cervix seems to be on the higher side so it's difficult to remove the disc.

Terribly Great

Comfort and ease of use was great and I LOVED it… BUT, the ridges around the cup are so deep it traps and holds onto blood and little clots, despite me rinsing and boiling. There is a buildup in the crack of the ridge and it was giving me yeast infections! I tried scrubbing it out after boiling or soaking or rinsing and I cant ever get it all out. Definitely requires HIGH maintenance and a keen eye to keep the crack cleaned out and its not worth the effort to me.
