June disk

The most conformable period product I have found. Easy to use and less cramping.

Best menstrual device I have ever used - discs rock

I used a diva cup for years and went back to tampons. The diva cup was paintful and I could never get a proper seal. The tampons give me bacterial and yeast infections. A friend told me about discs, specifically the June disc. One period in and I have figured it out! It is so easy to put in. Taking it out can be a bit messy at first. I take mine out in my bathroom directly next to the sink. If you can't do that i recommend having a cup or something to put the cup in until you can make it over to the sink and rinse. Maybe buy 2 (since they are so cheap) and wash it after you get home from work. As someone with a very heavy flow on day 2 and 3 of my period, these are trustworthy and pain free.

Would never go back

I have been using the menstrual disc for about 3 years now. Prior to the disc, I used pads, then the menstrual cup, and shortly after tried the disc. It is a game changer. It took a couple times to figure how it sat in my body and I got it wrong several times as it leaked. I always wore liners while I tried it out. Once I got the right angle and position, I have never felt it in my body. Putting it in and taking it out does require a bit more effort at first. I definitely thought I lost it up there but don’t give up! It will require some practice and it will come out! *** is mess free with the disc in. And the self emptying aspect is amazing! I can leave it in all day and not have to worry about emptying it, even on my heavy days. I am in love with this product!!
