We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.
Switching to a menstrual cup is a big step. That's why we've created the June cup quiz here.

I ordered two sizes, large and small. I love them both, oddly enough. The large is perfect for my heavy flow and I'm on the small now for my tapering off day. This isn't my first cup, but I will say that it is the first one that I can actually forget about and go about my day. And, please forgive if this is tmi, but I can use the restroom without taking it out. GAME CHANGER!!! I can't feel it pop open like the other ones, but it obviously does since not a drop has leaked out. My only complaint would be: where has this been all my life?
It was my first time using a menstrual cup and I had a bit of difficulty getting it in right the first couple of times, but now I’m a pro! It feels good producing less waste and I feel better about what’s going in my body.
I love that I’m saving the environment and I don’t have to worry about changing as often as I would with pads and tampons. Easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Love the fit, I don’t leak like I did with other brands. I feel like the quiz knew exactly the size I needed. And the underwear are very comfy! I don’t have any anxiety with free bleeding or wearing them with my cup.
Perfect size, super comfortable!
