Small
We recommend a "small" for those who have a normal to heavy flow but have not given birth vaginally. If you have given birth vaginally, we recommend you size up to the large. The cup's height is 6.3 cm and 4.3 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 28ml. of flow.
Large
We recommend a "large" for those who have given birth vaginally or been diagnosed with a condition called Menorrhagia. The large cup's height is 6.9 cm and 4.7 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 36ml. of flow.
Mini
We recommend a "mini" for teens and petite anatomy. If you suspect you have more than light to normal flow, we recommend you size up to the small. The cup's height is 5.7 cm and 3.8 cm in diameter. The cup holds approximately 18ml. of flow.

I absolutely love my June cup. I use it throughout the entire stretch of my period because I hate bleeding into a pad. I love the security I feel knowing the likellihood of infection is so much lower with a June cup than with a tampon. It will not work for everyone or be comfortable for everyone but once I figured out the methods of insertion that work best for me, it truly changed my life. I feel so much freer not having to go to the bathroom every four hours to change a tampon.

It took a while to get used to because Im new to the menstrual cups, but I love it. Tampons are uncomfortable but I cant even feel the cup, and I can leave it in for much longer and not worry about leaks. I can even wear it to bed and not have to worry about leaking onto the bed, and it doesn’t have chemicals like tampons or pads so cramps are less painful. The only time leaks happen is if I instert incorrectly, and even then the leak is minimal and was caught by a pad. Definitely recommend for first timers, you’ll save a ton of money with the cup.

I think that the June cup is the perfect size and strong durability. It was a little difficult to figure out the first time and as of right now I only feel comfortable putting it in/taking it out at home, but hopefully it’ll get easier over time. It was nice to not have to worry about changing pads, etc. I did wear a liner everyday because I did have a small tiny leak a few days, but I think that’s because I didn’t get the suction right. I’ll keep using it!

I think the June cup is a great deal and I initially bought it because I have a heavy flow and wanted to be safe. Personally, it’s way too big, I had so much anxiety about changing my cup out , I switched to a smaller cup and it’s been much better for me as a 24year old woman with no kids.
